Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Reduce collection and disbursement costs with electronic payments by quickly and easily originating debit or credit fund transfers through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network.

  • Daily processing cutoff time is 3:00 PM. Transmission of data excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Reduce the time involved with processing checks and reduce the exposure associated with paper check fraud.
  • Funds can be credited to and debited from almost all banks and credit unions in the United States.
  • Reduce business costs by using ACH for Direct Deposit payments, commercial billing files and electronic payable files.
  • Use for employee expense reimbursement, paying vendors or collecting receivables from customers.
  • ACH Payment Data can either be manually entered then stored as a template on the Bank’s system, or a NACHA formatted file can be generated by an accounting software program and uploaded to the Bank’s system.
  • The ability to process files same day for an additional fee.
  • Make state and federal tax payments.

Wire Transfers

Wire transfers are ideal for when your business needs to initiate same-day transfers.

  • Initiate domestic or foreign wires through Business Electronic Banking (BeB)

  • Schedule same-day, future date, one-time or repetitive wire transfers
  • Daily processing cutoff time is 3:00 PM

Positive Pay

Positive pay is an anti-fraud solution that instructs the bank which checks you want honored and paid. This can decrease check fraud by identifying those checks presented for payment you did not issue or that have been altered. With Positive Pay the decision to pay or return is in your hands. When you sign up your company has two ways to pay items:

  1. Businesses can upload a file of all the checks issued and the bank will only pay the items that match those you have included. The items that do not match will be returned.
  2. Businesses can also log in to their Business Electronic Banking (BeB) account daily and select which items to pay and which to return.

Stop Payment

With Stop Payment you can prevent payment on a check or recurring debit transaction that hasn’t been processed yet.  Stop Payment ensures that you are not going to be charged for a purchase or service that you cancel after sending out the check.  Stop Payment orders last six months from the date of the original request.

Bill Pay

Paying your bills online is the fast and easy way to keep track of your expenses. With Bill Pay, you can let Texas National Bank take care of sending out your vendor payments. You can schedule one-time, future or recurring payments to anyone, anywhere. If ACH payments are not accepted, the bank will take care of sending out the payment by mail and the postage is taken care of. Bill Pay makes it easy to organize your payables and track bills online in a secure format.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture allows you the convenience to deposit checks from your own office. Increase efficiency by eliminating daily trips to the bank and simplify your recording with Remote Deposit Capture. Regardless of the size of your business, the amount of the check, or the number of checks you deposit, our system makes the process simple.

  • Easy to use internet-based service, compatible with multiple scanner types.
  • Using a secure internet connection, the scanner captures the front and back of each check, ensures the quality of the image, creates a deposit ticket, and deposits the total amount of all checks scanned in the batch.
  • Secure delegation of roles to different users within your organization.
  • Remote deposits are processed for deposit same day if received prior to 4:00 PM.
  • Consolidate deposits from multiple locations into one checking account using a scanner at each location or deposit multiple TNB checking accounts using a single scanner.
