Mr. Quintanilla attended Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies, and graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer and a registered professional land surveyor. He is the owner and president of Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc., a civil engineering and surveying company, and has over 25 years of successful experience. He was elected as Director of TNB in August 2021.
