Dr. Heriberto Alanis is a graduate of The University of Texas at Galveston. He is an Emergency Physician, Critical Care Specialist with over 16 years of experience. Dr. Alanis has been a Director of the Bank since 2007. He is a voting member of all board committees and is Chairman of the Technology Committee.
