Mr. Strong attended UTPA (now UT-RGV) and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is President and CEO of Strong Structural Steel and has been in this line of business since 2000. Mr. Strong was appointed as a Director of the Bank in July 2008 and is a voting member of all board committees, serving as Chairman of the BSA Committee, Audit & Compliance Committee and the Compensation Committee.
