Mr. Perez attended Texas Southern University Law School and graduated in 2004. He is a private practice lawyer specializing in criminal, real estate, taxation and securities law. Mr. Perez was appointed as a Director in August 2011 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in June 2020. He is a voting member of all board committees and serves as Chairman of the Insurance Committee.
